Canon PowerShot SD1000 7.1MP Digital Elph Camera with 3x Optical Zoom

January 28th, 2008 by admin

This is definitely the slickest ultra-compact out there. I’ve owned this camera for almost 6 months now with absolutely no problems. If you are a guy, this camera is perfect for everyday use.
As a guy, if I’m leaving the house to do whatever, I don’t like to carry too much stuff with me. I got my wallet and my phone. I don’t have much more pocket space left. I can still carry this one without being uncomfortable or look like I’m stuffing bricks in my pants.
Sure it may not be as powerful or come with Read More »

Jasmine by Takamine S35 Acoustic Guitar, Natural

This is a nice beginner’s guitar. The action is kind of high, so you will earn your calluses quickly. I bought mine from GearTree through Amazon, and it arrived quickly in great condition. However, consider buying directly from a vendor’s website, because some offer free shipping when you buy directly. Read More »

January 28th, 2008 by admin

This is one of the best books ever from one of the best American writers. Stephen King knows what scares us, and he’s been proving it for thirty years, but this new novel adds a layer of humanity to the fantasy that makes it all the more surprising. Though the protagonist of DUMA KEY is ostensibly a divorced construction engineer with a latent talent for drawing, he is also clearly a stand-in for the author himself, making this arguably his most personal narrative. The collective breath of tens of millions of readers has been held for two years…and now…was it worth the wait? Did Ms. Rowling live up to the hype? Read More »
