LG KE850 Prada Phone (Unlocked)

January 28th, 2008 by admin

One of the best phones I’ve owned. Call quality and reception are tops and this phone is a stunner. Finger prints are annoying, but expected. I constantly have people come over and ask about it. For the people that are bashing this phone, it isn’t an Iphone and isn’t intended to be. For those of you that are looking at the Apple “product’ and are desperate enough to use ATT, Read More »

Sony Cybershot DSCW55

January 27th, 2008 by admin

The Sony W55 is the followup to the successful and popular W50. It’s a very good compact camera, easy to carry and easy to use, and reasonably priced - so most people will be happy with it.

Not much has changed from the W50, which in this case is a good thing! Read More »

Apple 8 GB iPod touch

January 27th, 2008 by admin

Well, let me start by saying that I ordered the Touch on a lark. Got it direct from Apple with free engraving on the back. I must say that this is a really fun toy, at 8GB its just big enough to hold my music collection (6GB), a couple of videos and still have space to cache some video streams, barely! As mentioned elsewhere, the interface is quite cute and innovative. I love a touch screen and I love how big the screen is. Read More »

Canon PowerShot SD850IS

January 27th, 2008 by admin

For a point and shoot camera, this little gem packs a lot of advanced features. It’s definitely not a DSLR but it’s sure convenient when you want to conceal it and carry it with you in your pocket.
Pros:
1) Red-eye correction. No more red-eyes! It automatically fixes them.
2) Image stabilization. Will correct your hand Read More »

Panasonic TH-50PZ700U 50″ 1080p Plasma HDTV

January 26th, 2008 by admin

Have had the 50PZ700U for one month now. Fantastic TV that delivers vibrant real life pictures when paired with HD programming. I watched Jay Leno’s Tonight Show in HD and was blown away by the picture clarity and color reproduction. The built-in speakers deliver superb audio and I watch most shows without turning on my receiver. Read More »

Canon PowerShot SD950IS

January 26th, 2008 by admin

This is a great camera. It takes excellent pics. I love the face recognition, and the ability to correct red-eye on the camera. It is a sturdy camera with lots of features. I have only had it a couple of months, but think it was well worth the money. I also like the fact that it is small, but powerful. I love the slr’s, but do not always have room to carry a large camera. My last two digital cams were Kodak and they were ok, but the picture Read More »

Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3K

January 26th, 2008 by admin

The DMC-TZ3 boasts 7.2 megapixels and a large, 3.0-inch LCD, and goes a step beyond their predecessor by featuring a 28mm wide-angle Leica DC Vario-Elmar lens. While the 10x zoom lets you take close-up shots even when you cannot move closer to your subject, the wide-angle lens is helpful in situations where you cannot step back or move away from the subject. With the TZ3, you can capture portraits of people with expansive scenery or large Read More »

Nikon D40x digital slr camera

January 25th, 2008 by admin

see more pics here The D40x is a 10 megapixel upgrade to their popular D40 camera (6mp), and this package features the same 18-55 zoom.

As with it’s 6mp twin, the D40x is one of the smallest DSLRs on the market, but is shaped as well for the hands as any of the smaller series (such as the Canon XTi). Trade-offs for the smaller size are a less powerful battery and a smaller viewfinder. Read More »

Nokia N95 Phone

January 25th, 2008 by admin

We have all seen the commercials, we have all read the advertisements and some of us may have even played with the device at our local Nokia store. At a glance, the Nokia N95 appears to be a combination of a few multimedia phones. With the exception of the GPS locator, there is nothing truely novel to this top of the range phone that costs around USD 1,000.

However, there is currently no multimedia phone out there that can squeeze so much technology Read More »

Apple 8 GB iPod nano AAC/MP3 Player

January 25th, 2008 by admin

see more pics hereApple continues to blow away other manufacturers’ media players with substantial, steady improvements to what are already great products. If you’re an iPod fan already, you can be smug in the knowledge that this one sets the bar just that much higher.

The 2-inch, 320 x 240 screen of the new Nano, when it’s sitting on my airline tray table, turns out to be about the same angular size as my TV when I watch it from my sofa at home. Cool! The picture quality is gorgeous, Read More »
