This product really works. You can feel your muscles contracting not unlike a physical therapy session. I looked at the negatives in some of these reviews. The following should help prevent the problems mentioned in some reviews: They tell you upfront to replace the pads after about 20 uses. If this is unacceptable to you then don’t buy the product. The body sheds skin cells every day and it is unavoidable that this builds up on pads over time. If one is growing mold the pads probably were never replaced. I suspect mold grows on the skin cells if one doesn’t follow recommendations. I also noticed a report of intestinal discomfort. In most cases, this occurs from not placing the pads properly. Your belly button should be right in the middle of the center pad and the side pads should be on your obliques below your rib cage but above your hip bone. Finally, you should gradually increase the power over the workout. Don’t start on high power. Give your muscles time to adjust. This product works and has been demonstrated to the FDA that it works. If you stop working out your muscles they will lose tone but that’s true of any exercise. I recommend it if you’re okay with the price.
